Modular Guarding
Hinge panels provide safety for an enclosure that needs to be opened for moving big machinery or cells that require to be installed on an angle. Hinge panels are one of many additions to modular guarding (also known as perimeter guarding) cells. Many will use hinge panels depending on the space and the uses intended for each workspace. All hinge panels act as a standard panel when closed, therefore there is no lack of protection when building a cell with hinge panels involved. All hinge panels are able to have weld screen attached. For wider door openings with widths wider than 1500mm, simply order a right hand and left hand hinge panels for twice the width, reach up to 3000mm.
Hinge panels are available in all heights as the regular panels, being 1400mm, 1700mm, 2000mm, 2300mm, and 2900mm. Alternatively, widths start at 300mm and have 300mm size increments till 1500mm. Hinge panels have hinge blocks along the side that allow the panel to rotate. This allows hinge panels to also be installed on an angle. All Material is 100% Powder Coated. Formed Angle is Powder Coated Yellow (Standard). Custom colors are available. Welded Wire Mesh is Powder Coated Black. All Nuts, Bolts, & Clips are Zinc Plated.
